Ensaladilla Casera

Delicious dish, very typical from Spain's culinary history and amazing to enjoy with the good weather!
Ingredients (Around 6 people)
- 800g/1k potatoes
- 5 eggs
- Oregano
- 2 carrots
- 2/3 little cans of tuna (if depends how much you like tune)
- 200g green peas approx (canned ones are fine)
- 600 g mayonnaise
- 1 can of olives
- Piquillo Pepper to decorate (you can also add asparagus, o any other decoration you like the most)
Method
- Cook the potatoes, eggs and carrots (make sure they are not very well cooked, if not all will be smashed afterwards) with a soup spoon of salt more or less and a drop of olive oil, plus a little bit of oregano.
- Leave the veggies cool.
- Once they are cold, chop them in little squares, more or less and leave 1 egg for the decoration.
- Mix all with the tuna, peas, veggies and mayonnaise and olives (chop a little the olives if possible)
- Put all together in a tray (better a rectangular-cristal one), and then decorate the top with egg, olives, piquillo peppers and/or asparagus. Enjoy!
