The Iberian acorn fed ham is a ham that comes from pigs of Iberian race and outdoor raised in the Extremadura, this animals are fed based on herbs and cereals, as well as everything that the pasture offers. Acorn ham is the most precious ham and differs from the rest by its unique, exquisite and unique texture, aroma and flavor. The meat has a delicate and very balanced taste, that is, little salty or sweet and very pleasant.
