La Brava de Choví is a refrigerated sauce, without preservatives, specially made with oil, egg, garlic, tomato and spices that give it an intense flavor, a creamy texture and a spicy touch. Created especially to make the popular patatas bravas, a typical dish of Spanish cuisine. The La Brava Sauce has the right degree of intensity to give the patatas bravas, roasted vegetables and meats a very special flavor that everyone who tries it likes. Our sauce has the characteristic that it can be heated without being cut, facilitating its dosage.
