How to use:
Microwave: Slightly open (approx. 1cm) the container at the easy-open corner. Put in the microwave and heat for 1 minute at maximum power. Detach the protection cover. Watch out. the container will be hot! Pan: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Empty the contents of the previously shelled glass and stir over medium heat for 2 minutes.
