This Pedro Ximénez from Bodega Callejuela is a wine of more than 20 years aged by the soleras and criaderas system. Bottled in 37.5 cl. Bottles, it is an elegant and balanced wine that combines concentration with elegance like few PX. In the glass it looks dark, with dense tears and aromas of raisins and yeasts. In the mouth it is sweet, with dates and honey dominating the whole, but also with the freshness of citrus fruits and laurel in the background. It says goodbye between hints of roasted coffee and elegant bitter tones.
