Description
Depaula Monastrell is a red wine made in the V.T Castilla by Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce. This winery is located in the municipality of Iniesta in the southeast of Cuenca, at the eastern end of Castilla La Mancha. Depaula Monastrell is made from the Monastrell grape from neighboring Jumilla. A vineyard that is located 800 meters above sea level and planted straight ahead in search of the freshness of the area. Depaula Monastrell ferments in 4500-liter wooden vats with its own yeasts and with a little scrape from one of the vineyards.
