Pale yellow in color with golden reflections.

Intense nose, where it is very complex with marked aromas of thyme, rosemary, stone fruit and quince, on a mineral and brandy background.

On the palate it is round and tasty, with volume, good acidity and a persistent and salty finish.Contains sulphites.
