Description
The white is a casual but serious wine at the same time. The nose is floral, citric and fruity, led by the varieties Malvasia de Sitges and Moscatel de Grano Gordo, aromatic and trickster. On the palate, the leading role is acquired by Xarel.lo, a true “rock star” from the Penedès area, worked for 4 months on fine lees. Citrus, fresh and saline, with an agile texture and great liveliness, Mediterranean herbs and the perfume of fennel appear in the retronasal. Ideal to enjoy by the glass, in any attempt or with cold cooking. Inspired by the Japanese concept “Ikigai” (the meaning of life) and playing on words with the well-known Penedès rooster, Ikigall is a good excuse to give pleasure to your life!
