METHOD OF USE: It is one of the most consumed algae in the world. It is traditionally used to flavor the water that is used as a base in the preparation of dishes such as soups, rice stocks, cooking vegetables, meat and fish stews, cooking seafood, making sauces, etc. It is recommended to use 1-2g of dehydrated kombu seaweed for each liter of water for the preparation of the broth.
