Tomato Chutney with Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a very aromatic and tasty jam made with a texture very similar to that of a jam and with a bittersweet and intense flavor with a touch of tomato acid. Chutneys are products originating in India and widely used by the British, who probably due to their colonial past were the architects of the dissemination of this delicacy to the rest of the world. They are a flavor bomb in our mouth and are used as an accompaniment to toast, cheese, meat and fish.
