Description
Egg pasta for lasagna dishes.
How to use:
1. Use a large pot. 2. Fill it ¾ full with water. 3. When it starts to boil, add salt. 4. Add the plates, one by one. 5. Remove the plates so they don't stick to the pot or to each other. 6. Once cooked (7 minutes al dente), remove the plates with a slotted spoon. 7. Submerge them in cold water for 30-45 seconds. 8. Once drained, place them on a slightly damp cloth or cotton cloth. 9. Use immediately, placing a baking tray, previously buttered or covered with bechamel sauce.
