Description
The vineyards are located at an altitude of 500 metres above sea level. They are dry-farmed and the clay soil is poor, meaning that the roots of the vines grow deep into the earth in their search for minerals and nutrients. This helps to ensure healthy, ripe, full of flavour grapes. The Monastrell vineyards are over 18 years old, while the Syrah vines are slightly younger, averaging around 15 years.
Of an intense red colour with violet shines, it shows apealing expressive notes of fresh red fruit (blackberry, plum). On the palate, It is soft and easy-drinking, fruit-forward, pleasantly fresh and well-balanced.
