Description
Motor Callet is a red wine made with a Callet of young vineyards with ecological certification, located in clay loam soils containing ferric oxide, known as "Call Vermell". After the manual harvest with grapes selected in the vineyard itself, it is fermented in cubs (brick and concrete vats that are traditional in the area). Here it is aged for about 3 months. It contains no added sulphites.
