The Nucli wine is derived from the Catalan word Nucli, which means core. According to Neleman it’s the essence of a good wine and this Nucli wine is made from the best organic tempranillo, syrah and petit verdot grapes.This wine is easy to drink. It’s not necessary to pair this one with food. Just to drink or with some tapas. I think you can use it on almost every occasion. It’s got a little bit of spice, nice fruit and a fresh aroma. A lot of red fruits like cherry and raspberry, notes of oak and leather and as said a little bit spicy. Nice juicy wine with some soft tannins. Medium length on the finish. Good wine/price-quality. Just under a 4.0 grape score
