Description

 Pickled Quail with EVOO is a traditionally prepared dish, which is cooked with the original recipe and over low heat. It is no longer necessary that you have to debone this small piece with so many bones to enjoy this delicacy, we do it for you.

Without preservatives or dyes, the piece of quail is pickled with water, wine vinegar, EVOO, purple garlic, salt and natural spices.

It is a gourmet product with which to surprise with a delicious and unique salad just by opening a jar and adding some green shoots, nuts and a good dressing with our wide variety of vinegars.

It is recommended to serve at room temperature and once opened, consume within 48 hours.
