Ponce (Reto) White Wine (Albillo)

Description
Can a wine be austere and mineral and, at the same time, have grace and salt? Although it may seem like an oxymoron, the truth is that Reto manages to combine apparently antagonistic qualities. Quite a challenge that this Mediterranean white far exceeds, at the same time that it stands as the freshest Mediterranean white in the country.  A very light straw yellow is visible to the eye. On the nose, notes of citrus fruits such as lime, more subtle nuances, mineral memories and white flowers are appreciated and in the mouth it appears very fresh and tasty with a great balance and a point of acidity.

With denomination of origin Manchuela,it is produced with Albilla grapes.

It pairs well with dishes of grilled mushrooms and vegetables as well as with dishes of white meat and fish.
