Torroja Vi de Vila 2016 is the ideal wine to start in the world of reds with the Priorat designation of origin. Created with Cariñena and Garnacha grapes, it has an intense and seductive body, the result of its composition in equal parts of these two types of grapes from the surroundings of the town of Torroja de Priorat, which give a fine and complex expression of what enology means. This wine represents crafts and tradition of the province of Tarragona, which are transmitted directly to the palate. At sight it shows an intense and fluid dark cherry. On the nose discreet at the beginning, licorice, flowers, and iodized aromas and elegant, pleasant, fresh, deep and persistent in the mouth. It pairs well with red meat, Iberian ham, cold cuts, semi-cured cheeses and roast meats. A consumption temperature of 16ºC is recommended.
