Description
With its name (vermell, red in Valencian), this red refers to the red fruit that appears in its aromatic palette and the color that the leaves of the Garnacha Tintorera vines take on in autumn. For its preparation, in addition to this variety, the native Mandó is used and its vinification is closer to that of a rosé than to that of a red, with aging in a jar that gives it elegance without detracting from its liveliness. In tasting it is expressive, sharp and vertical, juicy on the palate, with very fine tannins and a dry and calcareous finish. In short, an affordable and easy to drink wine, but with a marked character.

Garnacha Tintorera.
Origin:
